1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account, using our website, or accessing the JobIt platform (“Services”), you agree to these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree, you must not use JobIt.
We may update these Terms at any time by posting the revised version on our website. Continued use of the Services after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
2. Our Services
JobIt provides cloud-based job management software designed for trade and service businesses in Australia. Features may include quoting, scheduling, invoicing, payments, timesheets, customer records, and integrations with third-party tools.
We may add, modify, or remove features to improve the platform.
3. Eligibility
To use JobIt, you must:
Be at least 18 years old,
Provide accurate and complete information when signing up,
Have authority to enter into these Terms on behalf of your business.
4. Accounts & Security
You are responsible for keeping your account login details secure.
You must notify us immediately if you believe your account has been compromised.
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms.
5. Subscriptions, Pricing & Payment
JobIt is offered on a subscription basis. Current pricing:
$49 per user per month
$99 per month (up to 5 users)
$149 per month (up to 10 users)
All prices are in AUD and exclude GST unless stated otherwise.
Payment is charged in advance on a monthly basis.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the next billing cycle.
We may change pricing with at least 30 days’ notice.
6. Free Trials
We may offer free trials. Trials are limited-time offers and subject to eligibility. At the end of the trial, you must select a paid plan to continue using the Services.
7. Cancellations & Refunds
We use cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember preferences, and understand how JobIt is used.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.
Cancellation stops future billing but does not refund payments already made.
Refunds are only provided as required by Australian Consumer Law.
8. Use of the Services
You agree not to:
Use the Services for unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purposes.
Upload content that infringes on intellectual property or privacy rights.
Attempt to copy, reverse engineer, or resell JobIt without permission.
Interfere with the security, performance, or integrity of the Services.
9. Customer Data
You own the content and job data you upload to JobIt (“Customer Data”).
By using JobIt, you grant us a licence to store, process, and display Customer Data for the purpose of providing the Services.
We take reasonable steps to protect Customer Data but are not liable for loss due to factors beyond our control.
10. Third-Party Services & Integrations
JobIt may integrate with third-party tools (e.g., Xero, MYOB, QuickBooks, Stripe). Use of these integrations is subject to the third party’s own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party services.
11. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights in JobIt, including software, design, logos, and content, belong to JobIt Pty Ltd. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our intellectual property without written consent.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
Jobit is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the last 3 months.
Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
